Hello, I am a very caring, enthusiastic & positive person. I thoroughly enjoy helping others & assisting in all aspects of care. I have a high level of professionalism, & a very strong work ethic. I am very reliable & punctual, I always look to go above & beyond what is needed in my job role.
I currently work in a residential care home 3 days per week. I do an early shift there, & enjoy all the care duties required of the residents. I really like talking to the residents as I assist them, & getting to know them, & their personal care & dietary preferences.
I have 2 young sons, ages 6 and 4. I love being a mum, & I also think it gives me more understanding & experience when working in care.
Prior to working in care I have worked in the spa industry, both internationally & in the UK. I am a highly qualified spa & beauty therapist, reflexologist, & also Ayurvedic treatments. I find having a very strong spa & wellness background, also is useful for working in the care industry.
I have worked in Hong Kong, India, & Dubai as a spa manager for many years. In Hong Kong I worked for the American club, Elements spa, as a spa manager for 2 & 1.2 years. This is the most exclusive private members country club in Hong Kong.
In India, I worked in a five star hotel spa, Kaya Kalp spa, ITC Mughal hotel, Agra, for 2 years. In Dubai, my last spa manager role before becoming a mum, I was a spa manager for a large ladies center, Transformbody, managing 30 therapists, hairdressers, nail technicians & receptionists.
I have also worked as a spa therapist in London, at the Dorchester hotel for 5 years, as well as other London spas, prior to moving abroad for work.
I am very customer service oriented as I’ve worked for many years in the wellness & hospitality industry.
I am very much looking to meeting new care clients, & to assist you with all of your specific care needs.
